ForteOur featured drip coffee, Forte is a dark roast with light characteristics. Made purposely not to be bitter, Forte gives out a deceivingly soft taste with winey notes. The body is medium. The aroma has a blueberry scent with a slight smokiness.
HarmonyAfter many tedious hours of roasting, tasting, and sampling we finally came up with the world’s perfect espresso. Our featured espresso, Harmony blend, has complex flavor with a crema to die for. It is roasted medium. The aroma is floral and sweet.
SonataOur darkest roast, sonata offers a rich bold taste. The aroma has a cocoa scent with a hint of sweetness. The taste is a dark chocolate flavor with some sharpness to it. Sonata makes a bold espresso, but is at its best served in a French press.
